活动流程:
一、商讨教学进度,研究下一阶段的教学工作
备课活动伊始,三四年级英语教师对当前教学进度进行分享,并讨论了近期遇到的教育教学问题,对一些典型问题进行分析,并对解决方案进行集体研究。根据教学进度安排,对接下来两周的上课内容进行准备。
二、三下 Unit7 (Story time&Fun time) & 四下Unit8 (Story time)研讨
倪瑞金老师首先从三下Unit7 (Story time&Fun time)的教学目标、教学重难点、教学教法分析、教学过程及总结与作业等方面,对本节课进行了陈述。本节课教学目标:(1)能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词:farm, they, those, apple, pear, orange.(2)能听懂、会说、会读单词:pig,cow.(3)能听懂、会说、会读句型:Welcome to... What are these/those? They' re... Are these/those...? Yes, they are./No, they aren't.(4)能正确理解、朗读和表演课文对话。本节课的教学重点:(1)掌握四会单词:farm, they, those, apple, pear, orange.(2)掌握三会单词:pig, cow.(3)掌握三会句型:Welcome to...What are these/those?They' re...Are these/those...?Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.本节课的教学难点:能在情境中灵活运用Welcome to... What are these/those? They' re... Are these/those...?Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.进行交际对话。
倪老师将教学流程分为四个主要板块:

周思佳老师从四下Unit8 (Story time)的教学目标、教学重难点、教学教法分析、教学过程及总结与作业等方面,对本节课进行了陈述。本课教学目标:(1)能听懂、会说,会读句型:This is…speaking. May I speak to…? I’m sorry to hear that. How are you? I'm fine, thank you. See you tomorrow. See you.(2)能听懂、会说,会读词汇:come to school, cold,fever, cough, headache.(3)能听懂、会说,会读,会写:may,hear, take care,at school.(4)能用英语打电话。(5)培养学生关心他人的品质。本节课的教学重点:能听懂、会说,会读句型:This is speaking. May I speak to...?I’m sorry to hear that. How are you? I'm fine, thank you. See you tomorrow. See you.本节课的教学难点:能听懂、会说,会读,会写:may, hear, take care, at school.

三、备课组讨论
对于周老师的设计,马婉玲老师认为周老师教学活动的设计丰富多彩,有效,训练方式多样,有全班活动,师生互动,小组活动,双人活动,个人活动等,在活动中突破难点,在活动中发展能力。
对于倪老师的设计,徐婧之老师认为倪老师通过一首活泼欢快的歌曲,将学生带入本课情境,并引出话题非常自然;利用已学的旧单词来学习新单词,渗透自然拼读法,实现新旧知识的迁移;Brain storm能迅速激活学生思维,调动出学生的知识储备。
四、备课组试上
对三下 Unit7 (Story time&Fun time) & 四下Unit8 (Story time)研讨授课内容及教学流程进行讨论、修改之后,倪老师和周老师进行了备课组试上活动。
教师解读文本不能简单地扣语言点,满足文本本身有的东西。任何文本都不可能满足教学的所有需求,教师需要从话题出发,从文本整体出发进行重构、增减或改写。正如《新课标》里所说的一样:“结合实际教学需要,创造性地使用教材。”小学英语教材中的文本尤其是三四年级的文本以对话居多,很多场景都是片段式的,需要教师为文本的情景添加简单有效的序幕。再如有很多文本都使用了很多相对简单的语言,跟孩子们的实际交流相距甚远,教师要扣住“话题”二字根据实际交流需要进行调整。正如很多专家倡导的那样:跳出教材教教材!
